Energy Healing works to remove negative energy, obstacles and 'stuck energy' from within your Self on every level; emotionally, mentally, spiritually and also physically. I will share what I see guide you through releasing or healing that part of your energy system. I will share any possible insight or supportive practices that will integrate the healing through the week. To close, we fortify and protect the energy system, bring you back to center and talk about any next steps.
